San Francisco - Thanksgiving 2008
We have had a busy couple of weeks.... Reese turned 4 months, we can not believe that she is already that old. She is growing SO fast and we are loving every moment with her! Here are her stats from her check up:
Weight - 13.1 LBS
Height - 25.5 IN
She is wanting to roll over so bad, she tries daily but has yet to make it on her own. We can not wait to see her do it. Reese is such a blessing and a true sweetheart.
After her check up, we packed up and headed to the airport with GIGI and Bops to San Fran for Thanksgiving. The five of us were very excited to visit the Cali crew for the holidays. Reese was a jewel on the plane both ways and is becoming quite the traveler.
We had action packed days while in San Fran... with Reese experiencing many first again. She saw the Golden Gate Bridge, Baker Beach, San Fran Farmers market (the best I have ever been too), Napa Valley (Plump Jack, Silver Oak and Cakebread Wineries), Marina District, Ghirardelli Square and a long hike through Sawyer Trail.
It was a wonderful trip and we can not wait to go back!

Nashville
Over the weekend, we took Reese up to Nashville for the first time to meet lots of her family and friends. She met her Great Grandmother, Papa B, Aunts and Uncles and cousins. Reese did great and enjoyed meeting everyone. We had a fun weekend and can't wait to see everyone again over Christmas!

Happy Halloween

Aunt Jessica and Uncle John Visit
Aunt Jessica and Uncle John came in from Nashville this past weekend to celebrate John's 30th Birthday! Reese loved meeting her Aunt and Uncle and enjoyed all the attention and TLC from Aunt Jess... We had a very relaxing weekend topped with a birthday dinner for John at NOBU. The bonus to it all is that we get to spend the weekend with them again this weekend in Nashville!

San Francisco
This past weekend we made the trip to San Francisco to visit Matt, Lindsay and Quinn. What a wonderful city! We had a fun filled weekend from Half Moon Bay to the Burlingame Halloween Parade to Pier 39 to see the seals. Reese had many "firsts" on this trip... Her first plane ride which she did amazing on, her first trip to the beach and to Fisherman's Wharf plus her bonus prize, her first patagonia jacket. It was a lot of fun to see Quinn with Reese and how sweet he was. Can not believe he turns 2 today!
We are headed back for Thanksgiving and look forward to many more firsts for Reese and another fun weekend in California with Matt, Lindsay and Quinn!

8 Week Check Up
Time Flies... We can not believe that Reese is already 8 weeks. We went for her 8 week check up this week and she weighed 9 lbs 9 oz. and 23.5 inches long. Reese can hold her head up to a 90 degree angle and her shoulders off the table... the Dr. said that she is a STAR! I must say that I am a proud mama. Paul and I have enjoyed watching her smile and begin to laugh. What a blessing she is to us!
