7 Months and Fun in the TUTU!

Paul and I can not believe our baby girl is 7 months this week!  She has grown so much and become VERY busy.
We've had a great month.  Reese loves to eat her solids now and likes just about everything except for peaches.  I can not even fake her out with them she is just to smart.  She and I are going to music class weekly which is very fun!  It has been great to see her interact with other kids. In the next few weeks, we will be starting swim lessons which I am looking forward too.  Reese has conquered sitting up and rolling over.  If I leave the room she is on the other side when I get back... kinda scary! She is pushing up and back which are signs of starting to want to crawl, but I am completely good with that not happening for another month or two.
Hope everyone is doing well!  Enjoy some recent pics of our baby girl!

Happy Valentines Day!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines Day!  We had a great one.... Paul and I spent the day with our favorite little Valentine, Reese!

We have hit some new milestones. In the past week, we have learned to sit up all by ourself and have started sleeping through the night or at least until 5 am.  (I'll take that!)  Her little personality is coming through more and more each day. Reese loves to hang with Dazie as you can see below and play with her new "Go Baby Go" toy that she got from Bops and Gigi.  Paul and I can not believe how fast our sweet baby growing up!

Enjoy the pictures below and Valentines love to everyone!

6 Months!

My how time flies... Our sweet baby Reese is officially 6 months this week!  What an amazing road it has been!!  She is truly the biggest blessing in our life!

This past week we went for her 6 month check up and she is doing great.
Her latest stats are:
16 lbs and 4 oz - which puts her in the 77% percentile
27 inches in height - which puts her in the 97% percentile

With turning six months we have hit many new milestones... started on solid foods (this has been interesting), cut our bottom two teeth, rolling over, learned to squeal which she loves to do often and is SO close to sitting up.

Reese was not sure what to think when we started solids.  She hates rice cereal, but loves oatmeal with applesauce mixed in.  She really likes carrots, squash, green beans, pears and LOVES bananas but hates peaches! It has been a lot of fun going through the veggies and fruits, I look forward to introducing more to her.  We went to Kindermusik last week and Reese did not know what to think at first but was enjoying it by the end.  Reese and I begin going on a weekly basis this week.  We've had playdates weekly and always look forward to them!

Enjoy the pictures below of Reese over the past few weeks.
